Western started its operations in 2007 with focus on accommodation and habitability works. We maintain our core activity and have well experienced team for carrying out all interior works on ships and rigs or turnkey basis. We have formal agreements with Navy approved suppliers and also have access to material supply sources within India and abroad.

Surface preparation is the essential first stage treatment of a steel substrate before the application of any coating, and is the most important factor affecting the total success of a corrosion protection system.

Western provides grit/hydro blasting and painting services to the marine and Oil & Gas industry.

We have several years of experience in construction of Villas, Apartments, Commercial and Office buildings.  We also undertake design and execution of interior projects and landscaping in Commercial and Residential projects.

With the objective of venturing into Oil & Gas Industry in India, we have associated with a reputed Oil & Gas Engineering and Contracting company based in UAE.

We are capable of taking up the following activities in Oil & Gas sector, Petrochemical industry and in refineries.

• Piping Fabrication and erection.
• Manufacturing of skids, tanks etc.
• Shut down & maintenance jobs.
• Overhaul of safety, relief valves and automated valves  in refineries, LNG plants etc
• Insulation and lagging

We are capable of undertaking insulation in ship’s accommodation, pipe insulation, boiler/exhaust line insulation and insulation of refrigerated rooms. We can also take up HVAC duct insulation, Anti condensation insulation, Thermal and acoustic insulation.

We have well experienced fabricators, certified welders and team leaders for carrying out pipe renewal and installation of new piping on-board ships, refineries and Petrochemical plants.

In ship repairing and plant shutdowns, our team will take up full responsibility for removal, preparation of drawing, fabrication and refitting of piping. We are quite familiar with the challenges involved in such jobs with fixed project deadlines.

Western has a separate team for  carrying out repair and installation of engines, valves, pumps, compressors, winches and other auxiliary machinery. We are also capable of overhauling safety, relief and control valves. Our hydraulic team is capable of servicing hydraulic pumps, actuators, valve blocks etc.
